Why Is The Admittance Type Level Switch Not Affected By Hanging Materials?
- The admittance type level switch adopts a special probe structure design. The probe structure includes multiple parts such as a measuring electrode, a protective electrode, and a tank electrode. The measuring electrode is responsible for sensing the presence or absence of materials, and the protective electrode plays a role in isolating and preventing interference.
- The admittance type level switch also uses an anti-adhesion circuit design, which ensures that when there is material hanging on the probe, there is no potential difference between the measuring electrode and the guard electrode, forming electrical isolation, thereby ensuring that the signal change at the guard electrode will not affect the detection. This anti-adhesion circuit cuts off the current flow from the energized probe through the accumulated material to the container wall. In this way, the material around the energized probe is measured, not the accumulated material.
- The user is allowed to adjust the sensitivity setting so that small changes caused by hanging materials can be ignored to a certain extent, ensuring accurate response to actual level changes.
