Rod Level Sensor

The cylindrical single detection rod structure of the Rod Level Sensor determines its wider adaptability to industrial sites. The rod level sensor is mainly used in material detection, interface detection, and level detection.

Features Of Rod Level Sensor:

• Even with a lot of material hanging, the rounded, smooth single-rod probe of the vibrating rod type level switch can effectively prevent material clamping and sticking while maintaining consistent working sensitivity.
• It is not affected by the properties of the material being measured and can be put into use stably without adjustment after installation.
• The probe adopts a stainless steel probe with a piezoelectric element built into the rod and thick tube wall, and the vibration-absorbing tube is only 9mm long.
• The various measured objects can be taken into account when adjusting the measurement sensitivity (L, M, H). The motor can be directly controlled by the 15A large-capacity contact relay switch while measuring a powder body or liquid level with varying specific gravities.
