What Need To Notice When Installing High Accuracy 80G Level Meter?

• Do not get too close to the feeding port, as the material flow is very wide. When the material flow enters the beam, it will cause interference reflection；
• Choose a position that can reflect the average level of the material. Based on the positions of the feed port and the discharge port, as well as the feeding method, the installation position is selected by judging the changes in the surface regularity of the material during feeding and discharging；
• Do not get too close to the silo wall, as the welds of the silo wall, the annular liner, the accumulated materials, etc. may all generate interfering echoes；
• Align the radiation direction of the radar level gauge antenna with the outlet, as the lower part of the solid material is almost conical, so that the material can be discharged by its own weight；
• For large feeding yards or storage yards with multiple feeding points, multiple radar level gauges can be installed；
• It is necessary to select a position where there are no fixed obstacles between the antenna of the radar level gauge and the surface of the measured material.
