Our Korean customer specializes in high-end textile machinery manufacturing, and its equipment is exported to many countries in Southeast Asia. In the production of the core component dyeing tank, the reliability and cost factors of the Level Meter directly affect the finished equipment. In the past, they relied on suppliers from other countries, but an accidental online search led them to discover Wepower’s magnetic float level gauge with 4-20mA.

As we all know, the magnetic level indicator is a level gauge with a simple structure and principle, and is economical and durable. The magnetic level gauge is equipped with a magnetic float in the chamber. When the level in the measured container rises or falls, the magnetic float in the chamber also rises or falls, thereby driving the red and white flip column on the flapper to flip 180° to display the level change. The customer customized a type with an intelligent transmitter that can output signals, and output a standard 4-20mA signal to the control room, thereby achieving the purpose of level display, control and alarm.

After the customer provided the parameters and design drawings, our technical team quickly customized a solution for them and gave a relatively suitable quotation. Professional design and manufacturing capabilities and efficient communication left a good impression on the customer at the first contact with Wepower Electronic.

After evaluation by the customer’s design and sales teams, they quickly decided to sign a contract with our company and pay.

We did not ignore the details because the contract was signed. We confirmed the parameters and design requirements with the client again before arranging production. Although the magnetic level gauge with transmitter has been designed with the output signal function according to the standard (can be connected to the control room), the customer also put forward the demand for “visualization” – in order to facilitate workshop workers to observe the level from a distance in the workshop, the flapper direction is required to be at a 90° right angle to the flange.

We adjusted the flapper angle before shipment and sent it to South Korea after strict packaging. It not only meets the customer’s actual usage scenarios, but also reflects Wepower’s service concept of “Customer Needs First”.
