Wepower’s Capacitive Level Switch -WPX600B has been structurally and sensor-adapted for viscous media, making it ideal for level limit detection of high-viscosity liquids such as syrups, slurries, viscous oils, and gel-like materials.
Feature:
- The probe uses a smooth, tapered, insulated design with a flat, groove-free surface, preventing material buildup, accumulation, and clumping in viscous media. Even with high viscosity and poor flowability, small amounts of material adhering to the probe surface will not cause false signal triggering.
- Based on capacitive sensing, WPX600 series capacitive level switch has no vibrating mechanical parts and is unaffected by damping caused by viscous media.
- For operating conditions prone to scaling and containing viscous impurities, cleaning and maintenance are convenient, eliminating the need for frequent disassembly and repair.
