Fork Level Switch
Fork Level Switch adopts a liquid level switch designed on the principle of tuning fork. Use the natural frequency of the piezoelectric crystal tuning fork to vibrate.
Working Principle And Application Areas Of Fork Level Switch:
The Fork Level Switch utilizes a liquid level switch that is built around the tuning fork principle. Make the piezoelectric crystal tuning fork vibrate at its inherent frequency. Monitoring can be done continuously for this frequency shift. The liquid in the container is released downward and passes through the tuning fork when the product is used for low alarm applications, changing the natural frequency. The electrical component senses this change and changes the output state accordingly. The liquid in the container rises and makes contact with the tuning fork when the high alarm is activated, changing the output state. WPX series Fork Level Switch is widely used in fields such as, Solid materials: rice, milk powder, sugar, salt, laundry, dyes, cement, stone powder, plastic particles, etc; Liquid medium: water, mud, dye, oil, milk, wine, beverage, etc. And can detect the sediment in the liquid!
