The inline tuning fork viscometer is a professional‑grade industrial continuous fluid viscosity monitoring instrument. The inline vibration fork viscometer is capable of round‑the‑clock online acquisition of multi‑dimensional process data including viscosity, density and temperature. It replaces the conventional workflow of offline manual sampling and laboratory testing, greatly shortening data acquisition cycles.
The fork process viscometer employs a tuning fork resonance detection structure, equipped with a high-precision sensing unit, and achieves accurate measurement based on the principle of fluid damping resistance. During operation, the fork vibrates continuously at a fixed resonant frequency. When the tuning fork probe is immersed in the fluid being measured, the viscosity of the medium generates damping resistance on the fork; the higher the viscosity of the medium, the greater the vibration damping. The viscometer’s built-in high-precision module captures the changing data in real time and accurately calculates the real-time viscosity value of the medium.
