Magnetic Type Flow Meter
Magnetic type flow meter is a flow meter that operates by applying electromagnetic effects, which can be called electromagnetic flowmeter or flow transmitter. Our company’s magnetic type flow meter can measure liquids flowing in the range of 0.5 to 10m/s.
Our company’s magnetic type flow meter is generally connected in the pipeline through the flange. Magnetic type flow meters generally use GB standard flanges for connection, but ANSI or JIS style flanges can also be made according to customers’ requirements. For food grade magnetic type flow meter we recommend using the tri-clamp form.
Magnetic type flow meter has many ways to output signal, such as current output signal, pulse output signal, GPRS output signal and so on. Both pulse and current need wiring. The wiring port is generally installed on the back cover of the sensor, and two wires need to be connected. GPRS may be more convenient to use, but GPRS needs to have a signal receiving device and a signal transmitting device. Compared with the magnetic type flow meter with other output methods, the magnetic type flow meter using GPRS will be more expensive in price, and the conditions that need to be met during use are more stringent.
