Tuning Fork Switch
Tuning fork switch adopts a liquid level switch designed on the principle of tuning fork, use the natural frequency of the piezoelectric crystal tuning fork to vibrate.
WPX504 Tuning Fork Switch is adopted micro fork 40mm for level monitoring.
Advantages Of WPX504 Tuning Fork Switch:
- The tuning fork’s inherent frequency of 1000 Hz helps to eliminate equipment vibration interference, which could lead to incorrect switching behavior. The short fork ensures that the pipe or container is the shortest length. Numerous studies have shown that the tiny tuning fork design may reach the highest working frequency, making the tuning fork switch appropriate for all liquids, such as slurry, coating fluid, and aeration fluid (to prevent tuning fork adhesion and overlap).
- The short tuning fork minimizes the length of the wetted part and can be easily installed in pipes or containers at any angle. The vibrating fork switch can even be installed on small-diameter pipes. It is an ideal choice for reliable pump control and is available to prevent the pump from dry running.
