Installation Notes Of Ultrasonic Water Level Transmitter:
◆ Avoid Obstacles: Make sure there are no obstructions such as baffles and stirrers between the probe and the liquid surface.
◆Vertical Installation: The probe must be perpendicular to the liquid surface to avoid echo weakening due to oblique reflection.
◆Blind Zone Distance: Reserve a blind zone above the probe (usually 0.3~0.5m) to avoid near-field interference.
◆Environmental Factors:
- Foam/Steam: Strong foam or steam will absorb sound waves, so you need to choose radar level instead.
- Temperature Influence: In high-temperature environments (＞70℃), you need to choose a high-temperature model or add a radiator.
◆Vessel Structure:
- Avoid installing in narrow or uneven containers, which may produce false echoes.
- Conical tanks must be installed in the center.
◆Electrical Safety: Ensure good grounding and stay away from strong electromagnetic interference sources.
◆Outdoor Installation: Outdoor installation requires a rain cover to prevent direct sunlight from affecting electronic components.
