How Does Paddle Level switch protection Tube Type Work?

The core working principle of the rotating paddle level switch is to use the change in resistance of the material to the rotating blades to trigger a switching signal.

  • Normal Operation: After the equipment is powered on, the internal motor drives the blades to rotate at a constant speed.
  • Resistance Triggering: When the material level rises and the medium comes into contact with the rotating blades, mechanical resistance is generated.
  • Signal Output: When resistance is transmitted to the motor, the internal electronic components output a switching signal, which sends a control command to the control system.
  • Automatic Reset: When the material level drops, the medium disengages from the paddle blades, the resistance disappears, and the paddle blades start rotating again to continue monitoring material level changes.
