The vibration fork type level switch, which is powered by a piezoelectric crystal, maintains the fork’s natural vibration frequency. The fork’s vibrating frequency shifts when it comes into touch with or is submerged in the medium. In order to verify the liquid level or material presence, the on-board circuit promptly sends out a switch output after continuously monitoring and identifying this shift. Light foam, medium hue, and small variations in viscosity have little effect on its measurement.It has strong anti-interference capabilities, stable and reliable detection, and effectively reduces the probability of false alarms and malfunctions.
