Vibrating Densitometer
Vibrating Densitometer is accurate density and concentration site instrument that adopts the high tech,WPX301 vibration densimeter is widely used in pipelines, passby pipes, open or closed tanks. According to different liquid media, choose the corresponding wetted material such as SS316, 2205, PTFE sprayed PTFE, titanium alloy, Ha C.
Vibrating Densitometer is accurate density and concentration measurement, it is widely used in pipelines, passby pipes, open or closed tanks. Working principle of vibrating densimeter is detecting by the fully welded fork probe that directly immersed into the liquid to be measured, the fork tines are vibrated piezo-electrically at its natural frequency, therefore the tines’ natural frequency changes with the density of the surrounding liquid. According to different liquid media, choose the corresponding material SS316, 2205, PTFE sprayed PTFE, titanium alloy, Ha C as the wetted material.
Except measuring the clean liquid online, vibrating fork densitometer also can measure the liquids of mixed containing solids particles or slurry, but not ideal for measuring crystallization and fouling liquids.
