Electromagnetic flow transmitter is suitable for the fluid flow of various conductive fluids, such as water, acid and alkali solutions, salt solutions, water, sewage, corrosive liquids, and mud, mineral pulp, paper pulp, etc.
The measurement principle of Electromlagnetic Flow Transmitter is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction.
The two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant or alternating magnetic field. When the conductive medium flows through the electromagnetic flow meter, the electrodes on the wall of the flow meter can detect the induced electromotive force. This induced electromotive force is related to the flow rate of the conductive medium, the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field, and the conductor. The width (inner diameter of the flow meter measurement tube) is proportional to the flow meter. The process parameters of the medium flow induced electromotive force can be obtained through intelligent meter calculation.
