Thermocouple Signal Transmitter
Thermocouple signal transmitter converts the thermoelectric potential measured by the thermocouple directly into a 4-20mA output signal, and the working instrument can display the corresponding temperature.
Working Principle Of Thermocouple Signal Transmitter:
Thermocouple Signal Transmitter converts thermocouple signals into electrical input signals, measured temperature signals, or linear output signals of 4-20mA/0-10v by using a two-wire transmission method (two wires are utilized as power input and signal output common transmission line).
Thermocouple Signal Transmitters are classified into LED/LCD and non-displaying kinds based on the display. Through the HART modem, the thermocouple signal transmitter can manage information remotely, configure, monitor variables, calibrate, and perform maintenance on its model, graduation number, and range.
Features Of Thermocouple Signal Transmitter:
â–²It adopts epoxy resin sealing structure, so it is shockproof and temperature resistant, and is suitable for installation and use in harsh on-site environments.
â–²It is installed in the junction box of thermal resistance and thermocouple on site, and directly outputs 4-20mA, which not only saves the cost of more expensive compensation wires, but also improves the anti-interference ability during long-distance signal transmission.

â–²The measuring range is adjustable, and it has a linearization correction function. The thermocouple temperature transmitter has a cold junction automatic compensation function. It has a wide range of applications. It can form an integrated field installation structure with thermocouples and thermal resistances, or it can be installed into testing equipment as a functional module.
