This Vibrating Fork Switch is a compact mini vibrating switch with durable stainless steel body and a miniature fork can be used for a variety of liquid applications. Due to the compact size of the Tuning Fork Level Switch, it is often used in applications where larger Vibrating Fork Level Switches cannot be properly installed. no mechanical moving parts with no routine maintenance requirement, there is not influence on low dielectric constant measuring medium.
Fork Length Of Vibrating Fork Switch:
Vibrating Fork Switch has two fork models, 40mm fork and 100mm fork, of which 100mm long fork can measure powder. The Vibrating fork switch produced by Wepower Electronic is highly reliable and stable.
Working Principle Of Vibrating Fork Switch:
The tuning fork’s base is equipped with two piezoelectric crystals that allow it to vibrate at a resonant frequency. The tuning fork’s frequency and amplitude will alter when the liquid level switch’s fork comes into touch with the medium. An intelligent circuit will detect and process these variations in the tuning fork’s liquid level switch, converting them into a switch signal.
