Magnetic Water Level Sensor

The magnetic water level sensor is an alternative to a sight-glass level sensor. Magnetic water level sensor is relatively confidential and more secure. Magnetic water level sensors are among the most useful industrial-leading tank liquid level measurement instruments.

The Magnetic Water Level Sensor is a highly helpful liquid level monitoring device that does not need an electric drive. The magnetic coupling principle underlies the operation of magnetic water level sensors. The float inside the measuring chamber floats, causing the magnetic flaps to turn 180° and change color. The real height of the liquid level in the tank is indicated by the color’s junction point. The measurement is cleaner and safer since the liquid contact measuring chamber and the display panel of the magnetic water level sensor are separate.

Precautions For Sensor Installation :

▲  Magnetic water level sensor can measure a large number of different liquids, but the density of the liquid must be above 0.5 g/cm³.

▲ When choosing an installation location, keep it away from the inlet or outlet.

▲ When using the magnetic water level sensor, ensure that there are no strong magnets or magnetic field interference around.

▲ Let the liquid enter the tank smoothly, the float moves too fast and collides and the magnet will fail.

▲ Magnetic water level sensor is mainly used to measure the liquid, the user should ensure that there are no solid particles in the tank.
