Tri-clamp magnetic flow meters are primarily constructed out of stainless steel 304 for the hygienic application fields . The two sides of this type magnetic flow meters are additional tri-clamps, which distinguishes them from regular flanged flow meters.
Both installing and using the Tri-clamp connecting magnetic flow meters are simple. Users just need to attach the tri-clamp and flange in accordance with the specifications. The tri-clamp flow meter’s display will automatically show the flow value after the user plugs in the power. Three electrodes mounted in the pipe wall detect the voltage. Electromagnetic tri-clamp flow meters have relatively high power consumption and can only be used for conductive fluids.
