Level Switch Vibration Type
Level Switch Vibration Type adopts a liquid level switch designed on the principle of tuning fork. Use the natural frequency of the piezoelectric crystal tuning fork to vibrate.
The Level Switch Vibration Type utilizes a liquid level switch that operates on the tuning fork principle. Make the piezoelectric crystal tuning fork vibrate at its inherent frequency. Monitoring can be done continuously for this frequency shift. The liquid in the container is released downward and passes through the tuning fork when the product is used for low alarm applications, changing the natural frequency. The electrical component senses this change and changes the output state accordingly. The liquid in the container rises and makes contact with the tuning fork when the high alarm is activated, changing the output state.
Features Of Level Switch Vibration Type:
- The natural frequency of the tuning fork (1000hz), in order to prevent interference from the vibration of the equipment, this interference may cause erroneous switching action, the length of the tuning fork is relatively short, which is the shortest length into the container or pipe. Since the product design adopts the short tuning fork technology, a lot of research has made the tuning fork design to reach the highest operating frequency, so that the Level Switch Vibration Type is suitable for all liquids, including coating fluid (to eliminate tuning fork adhesion and overlap), aeration fluid and slurry.
- The short tuning fork minimizes the length of the wetted part and can be easily installed in pipes or containers at any angle. Since the extension length of the tuning fork is only 2 inches (50mm) (depending on the connection type), the device can even be installed on small-diameter. It is an ideal choice for reliable pump control and is available to prevent the pump from dry running.
