Electromagnetic Flow Transmitter

The measurement principle of Electromagnetic Flow Transmitter is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction.

The two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant or alternating magnetic field. When the conductive medium flows through the electromagnetic flow meter, the electrodes on the wall of the flow meter can detect the induced electromotive force. This induced electromotive force is related to the flow rate of the conductive medium, the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field, and the conductor. The width (inner diameter of the flow meter measurement tube) is proportional to the flow meter. The process parameters of the medium flow induced electromotive force can be obtained through intelligent meter calculation.

FEATURES

• Since the induced voltage signal is formed in the entire space filled with magnetic fields and is an average value on the pipe surface, the straight pipe section required for the sensor is shorter, with a length of 5 times the pipe diameter
