An improved overall sintering method is used to sinter the corrosive-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene layer, resolving the issue of easy joint leakage that previous manufacturing procedures are unable to prevent. By using this technology, our corrosive resistant thermocouple and Anticorrosive PT100 have an average service life of over a year (in an environment without major wear). Wepower Electronic anti-corrosion and heat-resistant layer has a layer of wear-resistant material outside the anti-corrosion layer, which can effectively extend the anti-corrosion layer’s service life if the measured medium particles frequently corrode the anti-corrosion layer at the use site.

Notice:

Anticorrosive PT100 must be installed and transported with care to prevent external influences from affecting or damaging the anti-corrosion coating. The anticorrosive PT100’s service life will be shortened or its anti-corrosion effect will be lost entirely if the anti-corrosion layer is damaged.
